IQF, or Individual Quick Freezing, ensures that the product retains all its texture and nutritional value, and that it has exactly the same taste as the recently harvested product. Likewise, for preservation, the use of this process guarantees that the products do not require any type of chemicals or preservatives and that, due to the sudden change in temperature, the presence of micro-organisms is significantly reduced.

Blueberry purée is manufactured by washing and sorting the fruit. Next, the blueberry goes through a crushing process, followed by a sieving or extraction stage, and then pasteurization. The final product is packaged in aseptic bags, and metal or cardboard drums.
